I got my teeth cleaned today. Lynette was SO freaking amazing! She listened and responded. She was so personable. I felt like I’ve known her forever. I guess she also teaches classes. Her students are lucky! The front staff were also very sweet.

The facility is a nice facility and the people really try to do a great job. The doctor has a lot of energy and is very busy and there is lots of hustle and bustle. They have treated me with respect and kindness, explaining things when I ask and making sure I have opportunities to ask. If you are a fan of Nitrous Oxide, you need to be clear with them when you make your appointment because they need to take special steps to ensure that they can provide it. Overall, a very positive experience where they really listen to you and treat you with all due respect and kindness. They are very sensitive to optimize your insurance situation.

I was experiencing tooth pain and asked to be seen right away. the kind receptionist put me on a cancellation list. I was originally going to wait over a month for my next appointment, but a receptionist called me the same week with an opening. I was so thankful and had a very good experience and got a referral for an endodontist. Thank you, PC Smiles!

The best experience getting my teeth cleaned! Yuri (my hygienist ) is so pleasant, professional and provided very helpful information. Dr. Kariya is second to none in helping me take good care of my teeth. Lacy at the front desk is so sweet and helpful. I highly recommend.

I had the best experience ever for me. I needed a filling which usually makes me fairly anxious. The drilling, the smell. Ugh. Not this time. Casey Kariya, DDS, and his assistant had the entire filling done in about 20 minutes. No smell. No high-pitched drill sounds. So smooth. I'm definitely a fan. Thanks.

My family has been with PC Smiles for years and we absolutely love them. The dentists and hygienists are great! Loretta has been the hygienist we’ve seen the most and my family and I adore her. She is like sunshine in scrubs. ☀️ I always walk away feeling great about my teeth and learning something new about oral healthcare. Loretta is clearly very passionate about her job and providing her patients with the best experience . I appreciate the care and attention she gives to me and my family each time we see her. We feel very valued every time we see her and the dentists in the office. The front office is always sweet and welcoming too! Just an all around positive experience which everyone wants when visiting the dentist. I wouldn’t choose any other place in town for my family’s dental care. I couldn’t recommend their office enough!

I love going here. Like seriously, everyone is so nice and accommodating. I really appreciate every single person who works here’s candor. I was treated poorly at another dental office and you don’t realize how amazing a facility is unless you’ve been to an aweful one. Outside of them being friendly the dental work they do is outstanding. Always been very happy with all my work with them. Smiles I so appreciate you!

I enjoyed my first visit to Pacific Crest Smiles in Roseburg. I had previously been a patient in Riddle and so the transfer was easy and it's nice to find the same type of friendly staff here. Other than a billing correction, I had a very nice first visit and look forward (if that's possible for a dentist office 😉) to having them handle any of my future dental needs. I may update this review at a later date if anything changes, but for now I'm happy with this dental office.

My three daughters and I all had cleanings at PC Smiles and it was a great experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly, patient, and made everyone feel comfortable especially with kids, which is huge. Everything was explained clearly, and the whole visit felt efficient without being rushed. The office is clean, organized, and very welcoming. It’s not always easy taking multiple kids to the dentist, but they made it smooth and stress-free. We all left feeling well taken care of. Highly recommend PC Smiles for families looking for a reliable and professional dental office!

This is the best dental office I have ever visited! The staff was so friendly and very informative. I have extreme dental anxiety and they worked very hard to make sure I was comfortable. Sharon was so helpful preparing everyone for my visit as I talked with her told her I was not happy with my previous dentist. My dental hygienist, Yuri, was OUTSTANDING! He was funny and so kind. He explained everything he was doing and made recommendations on how I can have a healthier smile. Dr. Kariya was very upbeat and positive. They created a wonderful plan for me and I am very excited that I finally found a dental office that is personable and 100% show that they care about their patients. Seriously, I will never go anywhere else and I HIGHLY recommend PC Smiles, especially if you have dental anxiety! Thank you, Yuri, Sharon and Dr. Kariya for your kindness, patience and amazing bedside manner. You all earned my business and I will recommend this office to all my family and friends! ❤️
